Services
We rarely sell these separately. Answer visibility is a stack. Pull one layer out and the ones above it stop compounding.
Before anything is built, we map the questions that actually decide your category. We cluster real prompts, model the intent behind them, and score every answer surface on how much revenue sits behind it. You get a ranked map of the conversations worth winning, and the ones worth ignoring.
Models do not rank pages, they resolve entities. We make your brand unambiguous to a machine: a clean knowledge graph, consistent identifiers, structured data that actually validates, and the disambiguation work that stops you being confused with someone else's company.
An answer is only as good as what it was trained and retrieved on. We work the corpora the models trust: the trade press, the datasets, the forums, the reference sites. So the claims you want repeated are already in the record before anyone asks.
Most content is unreadable to a retriever. We rebuild yours to be extractable: self-contained chunks, claims paired with evidence, comparisons written the way people ask for them, and a structure that survives being pulled apart and quoted out of context.
GEO without measurement is superstition. We run a standing panel of prompts across every major engine, track who gets named and on whose sources, and report share of answer next to pipeline, so the work stays accountable to the number that matters.

About
Antwerp · est. 2019
Shortlist Partners is a small, senior studio built around one belief: the interface to the internet has changed, and most brands have not noticed yet.
We came out of information retrieval and technical SEO, spent years watching search engines learn to answer instead of list, and started doing this full time when it became obvious that the old playbook had stopped transferring.
No account layers, no juniors learning on your budget. The people who run your diagnostic are the people who do the work. Five of us, deliberately, taking a handful of clients at a time.
Approach
Two weeks. We benchmark how every engine currently answers your category, where your name appears, and which sources it leans on. You leave with a scored map of the gap, whether or not you work with us afterwards.
We fix what the models read: entity graph, structured data, identifiers, and the content architecture underneath. Unglamorous, compounding, and the reason everything after this step works.
We place the evidence. Publications, datasets, reference sites and communities that the engines actually retrieve from, so your claims arrive with a source attached rather than as marketing copy.
A standing prompt panel runs weekly. We watch what moves, feed it back into the architecture, and keep pressure on the answers that carry pipeline. Visibility here is a position you hold, not a launch.
Contact
Start with the diagnostic. Two weeks, fixed fee, and you keep the findings whether or not we carry on together, including the prompts where a competitor is being recommended instead of you.
